1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the services of Mayura Medical Care LLP (trading as myaidoctors), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Mayura Medical Care LLP (trading as myaidoctors) provides an integrated healthcare platform offering:

  • AI-powered health diagnostics and risk assessment
  • Online doctor consultations (video, audio, and chat)
  • Electronic health records management
  • Lab test ordering and result tracking
  • Online pharmacy services and medication delivery
  • Health monitoring through wearable device integration
  • Personalized treatment plans and wellness programs
  • Family health management features

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes
  • Not share prescription medications obtained through our platform
  • Attend scheduled appointments or cancel with appropriate notice
  • Pay for services in a timely manner
  • Comply with medical advice and treatment plans

You agree NOT to:

  • Impersonate another person or provide false information
  • Use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten healthcare providers
  • Share or resell platform access to others

4. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Our platform provides healthcare services but is not a substitute for emergency medical care.

  • Emergencies: In case of medical emergencies, call emergency services immediately (ambulance, hospital emergency room)
  • AI Limitations: AI-powered diagnostics and predictions are assistive tools and should not replace professional medical judgment
  • Consultation Quality: While we strive for accuracy, medical advice is based on information provided and may have limitations in telemedicine settings
  • No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee specific health outcomes or treatment results
  • Second Opinions: You are encouraged to seek second opinions for serious medical conditions

5. Payment Terms

  • All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST)
  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets
  • Consultation fees are non-refundable unless the doctor cancels the appointment
  • Prescription medications must be paid for before delivery
  • Lab test payments are required at the time of sample collection
  • Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Refund Policy

6. Cancellation Policy

Appointment cancellations:

  • 24+ hours before: Full refund
  • 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
  • Less than 12 hours: No refund
  • Doctor cancellation: Full refund or free rescheduling
  • No-show: Charged in full with no refund

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the myaidoctors platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and AI algorithms, is the property of Mayura Medical Care LLP or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss
  • Healthcare providers on our platform are independent practitioners; we do not control their medical decisions
  • We are not liable for medication side effects or treatment complications

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms and Conditions
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Abuse or harass healthcare providers
  • Fail to pay for services

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination, you lose access to your account, but your medical records will be retained as required by law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

We encourage resolving disputes through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a notice on our platform. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
